Names: Lila & Kyla

Status: Conjoined twins
Lila and Kyla were born choking each other with their umbilical cord. They have decided that after a quarter century, one of them has to go. Since they are connected back to back, the mechanics of dueling are tricky at best. In a rare display of (ahem) unity, and despite opposition by pretty much everyone, they have chosen to duel with icepicks.
LemonadeComing inside from play,
Nate just couldn't help it--
Saw lemonade in the fridge,
And drank it down, every bit.
He heard a gasp, then:
"Not the seeds!"
His sister, appalled,
"Nate stop!" She pleads.
"What?" He replies,
His shrug so sure,
"Don't you know?" She asks.
"There is no cure!"
"For wh..." he began to say,
But before very long,
A lemon tree sprouted,
Nate's sister screeched, "MOM!"
Mom came in a flash,
Mouth agape behind her hand,
"Well, I imagine now's a good time
To start a lemonade stand."
This is what I was pretty sure was going to greet me if I neglected to do something about the leftovers.
